The fine print, in plain words.

1.Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and DreamDrop (“DreamDrop,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the DreamDrop website and app at dreamdropai.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2.The Service

DreamDrop is a daily identity-preserving art service. You add reference photos and choose styles, and we generate transformations of you that are collected into a private album. The Service relies on automated AI image generation, and the specific styles, features and number of daily works may change over time.

3.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using DreamDrop, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

4.Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at support@dreamdropai.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

5.The photos you upload

You keep ownership of the reference photos you upload (“Your Content”). You are responsible for Your Content, and by uploading it you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have all rights and permissions needed to upload it and to have it transformed by the Service.
• The photos are of you, or of a person who has given you their clear consent to upload and transform their likeness.
• Your Content does not contain images of minors, and does not infringe, violate or misappropriate anyone’s rights.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process and transform Your Content solely to operate the Service and provide your results to you. We do not use Your Content to train public AI models, and we do not sell it. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must retain to comply with the law.

You may not upload content that is unlawful, that depicts non-consensual or intimate imagery, that impersonates another person, or that is designed to deceive or harm others.

6.Ownership of your art

Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, the final images we generate for you (“Outputs”) are yours to keep, download and use for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

The underlying software, the transformation prompt library, the styles catalog, our models and methods, and all DreamDrop branding remain our exclusive property. Producing recognizable art of a person necessarily means others may receive visually similar results from the same style; you do not gain exclusive rights to a style itself, only to your specific Outputs.

7.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create content of anyone without their consent.
• Attempt to generate harmful, harassing, hateful, sexual, deceptive or otherwise illegal content.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our prompts, models or source code, or circumvent usage and security limits.
• Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service or Outputs without our written permission.
• Abuse free features (including the free first reveal) or interfere with the Service’s operation or other users.

8.Subscriptions, billing and renewals

DreamDrop is offered as a recurring subscription (currently $30 per month for two works of you per day). By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processors (Razorpay and Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from Settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew.
• Taxes. Prices may exclude taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable.
• Price changes. We may change pricing or plan details with reasonable notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and canceling does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.

Payment processing is handled by our processors under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not store full payment card numbers.

9.Free first reveal

New users may receive one free transformation (the “free reveal”) to preview the Service. It is limited to one per person, may not be combined or abused, and is provided as-is with no obligation to continue. We may modify or withdraw the free reveal at any time, and we may decline or revoke it if we detect abuse.

10.Cancellation and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if your payment fails, or if we are required to do so by law or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

11.Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, prompt library, styles and branding, is owned by DreamDrop and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, we reserve all rights. You may not use the DreamDrop name or marks without our prior written permission.

12.AI-generated content

Outputs are generated by automated systems. While our aim is to keep you recognizable while transforming the medium, results vary and may contain imperfections, artifacts, or unexpected interpretations. The Service is intended for personal, creative enjoyment, and Outputs should not be relied upon as accurate likenesses, factual depictions, or for any high-stakes purpose.

13.Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every drop will meet your expectations.

14.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamDrop and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

15.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DreamDrop from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

16.Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

17.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
